Robert L. Miller is the founding member of the law firm and has extensive courtroom and trial experience, having handled cases and trials in courts in Orange County, San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Imperial, Kern, and Santa Barbara counties. He has personally settled over two million dollars in civil cases, and has handled over 35 criminal trials to verdict.
His background in Business Law and Litigation, Estate Planning, Real Estate Limited Partnerships and Incorporation, as well as his extensive trial experience with criminal and civil personal injury trials with the law firms of Wallin & Klarich and Rizio and Nelson helps him better represent clients with their needs in or out of court.

Bita Hamidi is an attorney licensed by the State Bar of California. Before joining the Law Firm of Robert L. Miller and Associates, she worked as the Executive Director of the Human Resources Department at National University, dealing daily in matters involving issues related to Labor and Employment Law, as well as Discrimination Claims. She also ran a successful law firm practicing in the greater Los Angeles area.
Ms. Hamidi practices in the areas of Immigration, Criminal Law, DUI Defense, and Bankruptcy. Through her experience and knowledge of Human Resources, as well as in her own practice of law, she has extensive experience in negotiating and settling difficult matters, and has developed an excellent reputation in court. She also co-hosts a weekly television show on issues related to immigration, airing internationally from a studio in Los Angeles.
Ms. Hamidi is admitted to practice Federal Law before the United States Southern District and Central District of California, and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association,. Ms. Hamidi is also fluent in Farsi and has extensive connections within the Iranian Community.

Jessica is a Law Clerk, certified by the State Bar of California, and is a member of our Civil Litigation, and our Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts) Departments. Jessica is a graduate from University of California, Irvine, magna cum laude, with a degree in History, and currently lives in Fullerton, and attends Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California.

Aurora is a Legal Assistant, and is a member of our Criminal Law and DUI Defense Department. Ms. Nunez is a graduate from the University of California, Irvine, and was a double major in Spanish and Sociology. She currently lives in Anaheim, and attends Southwestern College of Law, in Los Angeles, California, and intends to practice in criminal defense in the future. Ms. Nunez speaks fluent Spanish, and has substantial ties to civic organizations in Orange County, and within the Hispanic community.

Rosa is an Administrative Assistant in our Orange County office, and is a law school graduate from the Universidad IberoAmericana in Mexico City. She formerly worked for the Orange County Superior Court, at the court's Harbor Justice Center Laguna Niguel Facility, in the Criminal Operations Department for the courthouse, and is familiar with criminal court procedures. Ms. Pankaj speaks fluent Spanish.
